Absolutely wonderful experience from Adam and the German car group! Sent an enquiry about an Audi A5 and Adam gave me a call at 9am the next morning to go through my enquiry in full detail, told me that he was out of showroom at present and would call me at 6pm when back. That he did. Followed this up by sending me full detailed videos of the vehicle from the showroom (I bought from Ireland without having seen the car in person). To his credit extremely honest and pointed out some little marks on the car and told me he would touch these in before sending to myself. True to his word this was done. I enquired about the timing chain and he said that according to the service history this was done 4000 miles previous, he called the garage who done this and they said was a mistake and it wasn’t. Adam promptly done this work and sent me proof. Delivered car to Cairnryan port which is long way from German Car Group store, I picked car up and took home and couldn’t be happier absolute DREAM!!

Had a beauty of a car from this garage and during this whole COVID-19 situation, Adam at the German Car group made sure I was constantly up to date with what was happening and he done everything he could so I could have my car. Brilliant experience always polite and was more than happy to answer any questions that I had. When the car arrived it was stunning, he takes good care of his cars and makes the customers very happy! I would definitely recommend this garage to anybody.

I wanted to write to you to say a HUGE THANK YOU to The German Car Group for the way they handled our purchase of an Audi A3. We live a 5 hours drive away from this dealership and saw the car online. Having never bought a car before without having seen it in person we admit we were slightly nervous. The fact that The German Car Group is RAC approved and comes with RAC BuySure gave us some level of comfort in buying an unseen car from them. After speaking with Adam our concerns were further allayed and they arranged delivery of the car to us for which we are grateful. I recently purchased a beautiful VW Scirocco using the online service currently on offer at The German Car Group and took advantage of the free nationwide delivery to have the car delivered to me very promptly in immaculate condition. They also gave me a great price on my part exchange and took it away when delivering my new car. The finance application was very easy and the peace of mind package I chose meant that I had 2 brand new tyres fitted before delivery as well as new MOT and a full service! I am very happy with my new car and will definitely use them again next time!

From start to finish the attention to detail and customer service was fantastic.Adam is passionate about the cars he sells,this is obvious from the outset. I bought a car from these guys in Sept 2020 and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. I'm in Ireland so I was naturally nervous about being messed about. Adam was very honest, professional and diligent. I put down the initial £100 deposit then he send videos of the car and went through all the details both good and bad, told me what was going to be fixed up and done with the car next, in terms of engine servicing and body work. 2 weeks later the car had been MOT'd, serviced, alloys refurbished, and any marks on the body touched up. 'A' sent me another video and went into detail on everything that had been done and stayed true to his word with everything. I put down an additional £400 deposit to hold the car in the UK until I could get there to pick it up. With the warranty, only difference being in Ireland, was that I had to find a warranty company myself here. I met their transport driver at Holyhead port, Fell in love with the TT and took it home. Amazing. I bought this car without going to see it as I am in the North East of England, I wouldn’t ever of considered this for a second hand car without the reviews I’d already read, I still wasn’t sure until I spoke to Adam, the whole experience from enquiry to delivery was honestly the best service in any industry I’ve received. The care and attention throughout was second to none and the car (which is a 63 plate) looks brand new. My next second hand car I will not be looking endlessly on autotrader I will be going straight to the German Car Group with no hesitations. The package they offer is excellent, had been a company car driver for several years and was not looking forward to joining the second hand car market, Adam made this the best experience possible. I cant describe properly how good the team are and have been at helping me into this car, I saw the car 2 weeks ago on a Saturday evening, sent over a quick email and got a response back within 8 minutes. At the start I thought it was an automated response but no, it was actually the sales agent responding to a potential customer at 9pm on a Saturday evening while the footy is on. Absolutely set the standard for customer service. The car, well what can I say, they got it serviced all around, fresh tyres and brakes, DSG service, videos of the updates, pictures of every aspect of the car, completely and utterly made me the most confident in dealing with them, can not say enough how good these people are especially after i havent even test driven it beforehand. I had no worries at all and will buy from them again without any hesitation. I have been working in Customer service for 6 years, and this is absolutely top notch, hand on heart.

*** They deserve this! *** Arrived today and I can't thank them enough. Within a hour of enquiry I had a video of the car and his complete honesty about the car was greatly appreciated. It needed some work which he sorted extremely quick. We had constant contact over the last 10 days were he supplied all the relevant updates and answered the hundreds of questions I asked. A day before delivery multiple photos and another video sent to me going over every single minor detail to make sure I was happy. The car is great and I am extremely happy. The real pleasure however was dealing with such a honest and attentive salesman. If you love your German cars I can't recommend this company enough!
