🏅 Fastest Growing Dealer Of The Year 2022 - Finalist -

Following our expansion to our new 12,000 Sq/Ft showroom in Bristol and out rapid online growth through 2021/2022 we were shortlisted alongside some of the country's biggest dealerships and made it through to the final.

As the company grows our values remain and as a dealership we are still committed to providing the personal, dedicated service we have become so well known for and take great care and pride in each and every car we sell.

🏅 Dealer Of They Year 2021 - Finalist -

In 2021 we once again found ourselves at the MotorTrader Awards, however in a different category this time.

The Dealer Of The Year award is highly competed for by 1000's of dealers across the country so to have made the final 7 just a year after winning Newcomer Of The Year was a huge honour and an incredibly proud moment for us.

Whilst we didn't win this awards this year it was still an honour to be Finalists alongside some truly outstanding dealers and stands as testament to the hard work and dedication of the whole team here at The German Car Group and their desire to constantly improve and deliver excellent service and cars.

🏆 Customer Journey Award 2021 - Winner -

"The Customer Journey Award is awarded to our dealers who put customers at the heart of everything do, provide an outstanding customer service and embody customer culture."

This is one of our most proud awards, as it stands to recognise the ethos of the company as well as the efforts to ensure each and every customer has the best possible experience when purchasing their new car.

On accepting the award company Director Tom Cook said;

“We always provide open and honest advice based on the customer’s requirements. We offer a full demonstration service including images and finance quotes so every customer has all the information they need. When they come to collect their vehicle, we carry out a full walk through of all of the vehicle functions ready for them to drive away. We’ve also adapted to providing an online buying experience for our customers including click and collect, contactless delivery and keeping our website up to date with our social distancing measures.”

🏆 Future Star Award 2020 - Winner -

As a family owned and run business we take great pride and care when recruiting and ensure those who work within the group always uphold our values as well as offering our customers the very best experience with knowledge, respect, and professionalism.

In 2020 our Head Of Sales Toby, only 19 at the time, was awarded the Future Star Award from Car Dealer Magazine's 'Used Car Dealership Awards' in a highly completive and notoriously difficult to win category.

The award recognises younger members of the industry and the excellent work they are doing, as well as recognising the potential they have to succeed in the future. Due to the lockdowns in place at the time the ceremony was conducted over video call however you can find Toby's interview with Mike Brewer online where they discuss his journey so far as well as the plans for the future.

🏆 New Comer Dealership Of The Year 2020 - Winner -

Established in 2019 as part of the expansion of the Otter Motors Group we were awarded New Comer Dealership Of The Year 2020 following a challenging year that saw us have to adapt to a new way of operating. In a year that saw multiple lockdowns and restrictions placed across the country adapting to meet the needs of our customers was vital and we did so via our use of our Digital Showrooms and Videos.

Offering Free National Delivery and having a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee meant that our customers were able to safely and comfortably buy their new car without having worry about logistics and travel restrictions as well as having the peace of mind of having 2 weeks to ensure the car was right for them!

At The German Car Group we have a young and motivated team that always strives to offer the very best and think of new, innovative to improve our customers service and journey.

In just our second year of operation The MotorTrader Awards recognised us by awarding us the prestigious Newcomer Dealership Of The Year Award, a highly competitive category and one we are incredibly proud to have won!
